Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before the big day. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Email us at hello@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.

When and where?

Date: Saturday, 18 September 2027

Location: Quinta del Ramo

Address: Camino del Ramo 1, 29400 Ronda, Málaga, Spain

Can I bring a plus one?

As we are keeping our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will be listed on your invite when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Please include them in your guest count on the RSVP form.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is black tie.

Formal evening gowns or formal suits are both welcome. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or butter yellow.

Please also avoid wearing brown suits.

What will the weather be like? Should I bring a jacket?

Mid September in Ronda is usually warm during the day (27–30°C / 81–86°F), but evenings in the hills cool down (14–17°C / 57–63°F) and it can get breezy. Since part of the celebration is outdoors, we strongly recommend bringing a light jacket, blazer or shawl for the evening.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at 3:30 PM so you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in comfortably before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.

What is the schedule for the day?

3:30 PM – Guests arrive

4:30 PM – Ceremony in the garden

5:00 PM – Cocktail hour

7:00 PM – Dinner & celebrations

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 1 May 2027 so we can give final headcounts to our caterers and venue. As we need to finalise seating and catering numbers in advance, any unanswered RSVPs after 1 May will be respectfully marked as “Regretfully declines.” We will miss you dearly, but we hope you understand!

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be deeply missed! If you know you cannot attend, please submit your RSVP as “Regretfully declines” as soon as possible to help us plan.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the gardens, and the reception will take place under a covered terrace. Both will take place at Quinta del Ramo.

Is parking or transportation available at the venue?

Parking on-site is limited, so we highly recommend pre-booking a local taxi or a minibus (see Travel & stay).

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Please note that Quinta del Ramo is a historic estate with cobbled paths and a few steps. If you need step-free access, email hello@example.com and we will help.

Can I take photos during the ceremony and share them?

After the ceremony we welcome photos, but please be mindful not to block other guests or our photographer. We’d love to see your pictures afterwards, so please email them to hello@example.com or share a link to your album.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Yes. We would love you to be fully present, so please switch off phones and cameras during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture it, and you are welcome to take photos once we move to the cocktail hour.

Where can I note food allergies or dietary restrictions?

You will be able to share any food allergies or dietary restrictions directly in your RSVP form.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, drinks are on us!

Do you have a gift list?

Your presence is the greatest gift. If you would like to give something, you will find our gift list and honeymoon fund details on the Registry page.

What language is spoken, and what currency do I need?

Spanish is spoken locally, and English is widely understood at the venue and in Ronda’s hotels and restaurants. The currency is the euro (€). Cards are widely accepted, but it helps to carry a little cash for small cafés and taxis.

Who should I contact if I have questions on the day of the wedding?

Contact details for the day will be shared closer to the date.
